# "비밀번호를 잊어버렸어요."

비밀번호를 잊어버려 새로 설정하셔야 하는 경우 아래 첨부파일을 참고하여 주십시오. 

> **주의사항**:  개인 컴퓨터 사양이나 인터넷 속도에 따라 비밀번호 변경 처리에 시간이 걸릴 수 있습니다. 비밀번호 변경 (submit) 버튼을 누르신 후 화면 상단의 붉은 로딩바가 모두 완료될 때까지  기다려주십시오. 
>
> 붉은 로딩바가 모두 완료되지 않은 상황에서 화면을 종료하거나 다른 화면으로 이동하실 경우 비밀번호 변경이 완료되지 않습니다.
