# 사인오프 기록지 다운로드 관련 안내

현재 Archive > Sign-Off History PDF의 경우에는 프로젝트 크기가 큰 경우 정상 작동하지 않는 오류가 발견되어 반드시 아래 과정을 통해서 Sign off history detail pdf를 다운로드 받으시기를 부탁 드립니다.

## **1. 아카이브 준비 진단에서 필수 조건을 모두 완료**

## **2. Archive Pre-process 클릭**

## **3. Archive Pre-process 탭에서 클릭 후 Start Pre-process! 창에서 OK 클릭**

## **4. 10분 정도 기다린 후 Archive Pre-process 탭의 새로고침 표시 클릭 --> pending 이 completed로 변경 여부 확인**

## **5. Sign off history pdf의 를 클릭하여 해당 파일 다운로드**

## 6. 추가 조서 작업이 필요한 경우 다운로드 후 취소 버튼 누름 --> Cancel Pre-process ! 에서 Yes 누름 --> completed 가 pending으로 변경

## 7. 아카이브 준비 진단 탭에서 <프로젝트 잠금해제(Unlock)> 클릭 --> 프로젝트 잠금 항목 빨간색으로 표시

## 8. 감사 조서 파일에서 폴더와 파일 앞의 잠금 표시까지 해제하기 위해서는 당기 감사조서 파일 탭의 <폴더 잠금해제 클릭> --> 폴더와 파일 앞에 있던 자물쇠 사라짐
