### 주요 업데이트 내용  

1. **파일 업로드 버튼 위치 변경 (파일 선택 / 생성)**
2. 다른 검토자 (Review/EP Review)의 리뷰 절차 없이 QC가 Review 진행 가능 
3. 법인 프로젝트 화면 (Projects) 성능 개선 
4. 아카이브 전처리 단계 발생 오류 해결
5. 신규 프로젝트 생성시 일정 관련 이메일 알림 기능이 기본적으로 켜져 있도록 변경
