## 2023년 2월 업데이트 (법인관리자) 주요 업데이트 내용

1. Force Archive / Release Force-Archived (강제 아카이브 기능) 추가

## Force Archive / Release Force-Archived (강제 아카이브 기능)

법인 품질관리 책임자가 Archive Deadline 에 맞추어 아카이브 되지 않은 프로젝트에 대해서 임시적으로 프로젝트의 아카이브를 수행하여 프로젝트 참여자의 접근을 방지하고 아키이브 기록을 남기는 기능입니다.

Force-Archived 된 프로젝트는 법인 품질관리 책임자가 Release Force-Archived 기능으로 Normal 상태로 되돌려 감사팀의 최종아카이브를 가능하게 합니다.

Force Archive / Release Force-Archived 기록은 Archive History 내역에 모두 기록됩니다.

Force Archived 된 프로젝트로는 Rollforward 를 수행할수 없고 레플리카 프로젝트와 아카이브 압축파일도 생성되지 않습니다.

프로젝트 팀은 배정된 프로젝트에서 본인의 프로젝트 중에 Force-Archived 상태인 프로젝트를 확인할 수 있습니다.

Admin Menu 항목에서 Admin Remind 메뉴를 선택합니다.

Admin Remind-Archiving 탭을 선택합니다.

Force Archive를 수행할 프로젝트의 Actions 의 (...)을 클릭하여 Force Archive 를 클릭합니다.

이메일을 입력하고 FORCE ARCHIVE를 수행합니다.

Forced-Archived 탭을 선택합니다.

이메일과 Reason을 입력하고 Release를 수행합니다.

Force-Archived 에서 Normal로 상태가 변환 된 프로젝트의 사용자는 모두 비활성화 상태입니다.

따라서 관리 - 사용자에서 사용자를 활성화(Activate) 해주어야 합니다.

프로젝트 내부에서 아카이브하기 - 아카이브 내역을 확인해 보면 Force Archive / Release Force-Archived 기록이 시간 역순으로 기록되어 있는것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
